1. Introductory provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the Inzaria platform and its users, whether natural persons or legal entities. By registering an account, purchasing a subscription or buying credits, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.

3. Service description

Inzaria is an online SaaS platform providing digital services for AI-generated listings, AI photo editing, visualizations, AI marketing assistants, social media content planning and publishing support. The platform may be used by real estate agencies, small and medium-sized e-shops, service businesses, trainers, salons and similar business users. Services are provided digitally through a user account at www.inzaria.com.

Selected functions include Facebook and Instagram assistants, content calendars, draft generation, autonomous or semi-autonomous post scheduling, lead and comment response support, long-term business memory, analytics summaries, billing and operational diagnostics.

4. Registration and user account

Registration is required to use the paid parts of the service. The user must provide truthful and up-to-date data and is solely responsible for the security of access credentials. The operator may suspend or cancel an account that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Test access and invited registration

Public self-service registration and trial access may be temporarily unavailable while selected AI agent features are tested. During this period, access may be provided only through a private invite link, waitlist approval or an individual agreement with the operator.

Automatic renewal: waitlist signup and invited registration do not automatically create a paid subscription unless the user separately confirms a paid checkout or subscription order.

6. Subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically at the beginning of each billing period, monthly or yearly according to the selected plan. The user may cancel a subscription in profile settings. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

7. Credits

Credits are one-time payments allowing individual platform functions to be used without an active subscription. Current credit pricing is shown in the billing or pricing section before purchase. Credits do not expire, are not transferable and unused credits are forfeited if the account is canceled.

8. AI marketing agent, social networks and automation

AI agent features generate, recommend, schedule or publish content based on information provided by the user, connected social accounts, previous outputs, feedback and performance data. Depending on the selected plan and settings, posts may be prepared for approval or scheduled/published automatically.

The user remains responsible for reviewing the factual, legal and brand suitability of all published content, including claims, prices, discounts, regulated services, copyright, personal data and social network rules. The operator does not guarantee specific marketing results, reach, sales, lead volume or social media performance.

When the user connects Facebook, Instagram or other third-party accounts, they authorize the platform to access the necessary account/page data and perform requested actions such as drafting, scheduling, publishing, comment processing and analytics retrieval. The user may disconnect integrations where available, but already published third-party content may remain on the external platform.

9. AI memory, diagnostics and service improvement

The platform may store business profile data, conversation history, feedback, published post history, scheduling preferences and operational diagnostic logs to provide consistent AI assistance, troubleshoot issues and protect the service. Diagnostic logs are intended for support and security and may include request metadata, error messages and account status snapshots, but should not be used to store passwords, card numbers or social network access tokens in readable form.

10. Prices, payments and billing

Current prices are published at www.inzaria.com/cennik. Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT. Payments are processed through Stripe. The operator does not store card numbers or sensitive payment data. Invoices may be delivered by email or made available through Stripe-hosted invoice links in the user profile.

11. Money-back guarantee

The operator may provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first monthly subscription payment unless stated otherwise. The guarantee does not apply to credits, individual work, consumed services or annual subscriptions.

12. Right of withdrawal

For digital services provided immediately after purchase, the user expressly agrees that service provision begins before the statutory withdrawal period expires. After access is activated, the user loses the right of withdrawal for that digital service, without prejudice to the money-back guarantee above.

13. Service delivery

Access to paid functions is activated immediately after payment confirmation. In case of a technical error, access will be activated within 24 hours of payment receipt, otherwise the user is entitled to a refund.

14. Complaints

A user may submit a complaint if the service was not provided according to the order or website description. Complaints can be sent to info@inzaria.com and will be handled within 30 days of receipt.

15. Liability and limitation of liability

The operator is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of platform outputs, user instructions, connected third-party accounts, social network restrictions, content later modified by the user or publication settings chosen by the user. AI-generated outputs are indicative and the operator does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, legal compliance or suitability for a specific purpose. The platform is provided as is and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

16. Personal data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the separate Privacy Policy in accordance with GDPR.

17. Alternative dispute resolution

If a consumer is not satisfied with complaint handling, they may contact the operator at info@inzaria.com and may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

18. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes related to these terms or Inzaria services are handled by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic unless law provides otherwise.

19. Final provisions

These terms become valid and effective on publication. The operator may change them at any time and will notify users of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means acceptance of the updated terms.
